Police Thank You Project

SPEAK Unlimited Inc., NewBChas created a project  to thank Pennsylvania Police Officers for their service. Susan Rzucidlo, Founder and Ex. Director has said, “ I recognize, respect and have great concern regarding recent incidents that have occurred around the country with police, but I also whole heartedly believe that the majority of police officers are caring, professional, compassionate men and women who go to work every day with the goal of protecting and serving all people.”  In the words of William Penn ~ “Let us see what love can do.”   Read more about this project in a local newspaper article by clicking here SPEAK Unlimited Inc. has created business cards with an inspiring quote (pictured above) and we’d like to ask community members to personalize them. (examples are below) We are seeking people to write a little thank you, or sign their name or send an encouraging message, or draw a little picture to let officers know that they are appreciated for the work they do and their dedication to their community. Our goal is to collect 30,000 personalized cards to distribute to every police officer in Pennsylvania during National Police Week, May 10 – 16 2015. Volunteers and community organizations are invited to join in this effort.  Each person or group is welcome to make as many or as few as they’d like. Some examples of the groups that have stepped up to help Girl Scout and Boy Scout Troops,  a local book club, an afternoon tutoring program, churches,  adult Sunday School classes, a coffee group and a motorcycle club.   If you have an interest or know a group that may be interested please contact Susan Rzucidlo at srzrrz@gmail.com or call her at 610-659-3145
